FACE YOGA TIPS:
​
1. Learn a little at a time and trust that that your daily effort will all add up with time. Some routines provide an instant mini lift and others may take weeks or months to show the progress. Learning muscle isolation will provide beautiful results within several weeks.
2. Any woman or man can benefit from face yoga! You're worth it!
3. The face muscles interact and change over time, so have plenty of grace when things feel "weird" or you feel a little stretching or sometimes tiredness and very slight pain.
4. I'm here to help -- Ask me anything!
5. Some muscles will be ASLEEP, not wanting to move because they are not used to it. You can wake them up through mind-body connection, isolation practice, and repetition.
